Excellent post! Just recently I had 2 biz. owners who started up new ventures saying they wanted to spend more time with their children vs having a job. Both of them have since gone back to their jobs after spending months of stressful days dealing with the juggling of children and customers needs...not to mention the start-up of new ventures. Wish they would have spend a few moments with you.
