Thanks for stopping by Aditya - Deskaway certainly does look like an interesting project management tool and something that we will have to look at using as our business continues to grow.

Hey Stuart and Toni,

Quite an interesting anecdote there. Especially the part about being always available and keeping the overheads screwed right down. Some helpful tips. I've been running a small business myself for quite a while and i too follow most of those principles. In addition to that i have also been using a project collaboration and project management tool called Deskaway . Its pretty handy because it helps simplify teamwork between my partner and me and it also helps us set milestones and be more management oriented. There are a lot of plans you can choose from - it costs only about $10 - $25 per month and its a great tool because i find my business being more process driven. There's a free version as well which you guys can try out - but i strongly recommend it.

I've added you guys on my RSS feed - pretty handy stuff.
