The irony in this quote is that the greatest life and business lesson’s I’ve had – in particular over the last two years – have been through mistakes/ failures. Sharing these failures with others in a way where you can also share the learning’s is very powerful and engaging. Nobody likes to listen to a ‘looser’ whine and complain.

Thanks for stopping by Maria. Toni and I understand where you’re coming from. While we may not exactly go out and party after we’ve made a mistake we always do sit down and analyze the why, when and how of whatever it was that went pear-shaped.
We find that the sooner we can do that the better our chance is of making a quick recovery.
