There was a time when by the time you reached sixty you were thinking about retiring and there are still many older people who can look forward to a long and happy retirement.
But there are also men and women who are coming up on their senior years who don’t want to retire, or can’t afford to retire, and they are looking for something different to do with their lives. They have ideas, plans and dreams that keep them awake at night and they want to make things happen.
The seniorpreneur isn’t looking for a comfortable retirement, he or she is looking for new challenges, new ways to make money, new ways to stay in the game because it’s the challenge of being able to build something out of nothing that drives them to get up in the morning.
A seniorpreneur’s brain is still incredibly active and they want to put that activity to good use. But things have changed; there are new ways of doing business and if these new older entrepreneurs want to succeed then they have to learn those new ways so that they can be competitive.
The Seniorpreneur section if this website focuses on the challenges that older people are going to have to come to grips with if they want to succeed.
I’ll never see my 60th birthday again and I’ve spent the last 19 years working online so I know the challenges that seniorpreneurs are going to face and if you’re one of them then here you will find all the help you need to succeed in your new endeavors.
You will also be able to share your struggles and celebrate your victories via the comment section on each page and I would encourage you to help me build a community here.
