| Success or Failure Small Business Choices Well the disaster of yesterday is resolved and a win/win resolution was achieved. Today the sun is shining, the birds are singing, the beach is calling and we will get to enjoy all of those things and get a lot of work done as well. And at the same time we will probably feel a little guilty because right now one of our friends is facing some tough decisions and he is really struggling with a lot of issues. His small business is poised on the brink of success or failure. He can see that success on the horizon but at the same time there are others who are placing unreasonable demands on him and holding him back. Their demands, based on an unrealistic view of the world, will ultimately lead to the failure of his business and he knows that. But go for success can have a terrible impact on his personal life as will failure So what does anyone do in a situation like this? What would you do when confronted with choices like that? It is certainly
not a situation that either of us would care to have to face because the
decisions really are tough but then sometimes it all comes down to survival.
