When you run a small business, whether you’re based in a big city or a medium to small sized town, you’re almost always going to be in competition with a bunch of other people.

So why should a prospective client choose to do business with you and your small business and not with the guy down the street who happens to do the same thing you do?

What do you do differently in your business that no one else who runs a similar business do?

When you identify that you have a major selling point for your business and one that you should focus on in your advertising.
